The best advice I've ever received went something like this...when your work speaks for itself, just shut-up and let it speak.  Nearly everything on this website is my work in some way, shape or form.  I'd think that says enough, and yet, some have asked for a bit more...

Here's a bit more.

I'm a native South Dakotan (Beresford).

It seems what people generally want to know about me is that for over 40 years I have been involved with the development and implementation of marketing and technology solutions for businesses and organizations throughout the United States.

For the last 18 years I've been the owner of For Your Information, a Sioux Falls, South Dakota based company, where I have been a business developer, marketing contractor/consultant and a media producer of print, photographic, graphic, audio, video, film and Internet technologies.

More simply put, I'm a storyteller.

There is a proverb that says, tell me a fact and I'll learn, tell me a truth and I'll believe, but tell me a story and it will live in my heart forever.
A story can be a powerful way of illustrating the value of your product or the benefits of your service. It provides an easy way to understand who you are and what you do.

Telling good stories and delivering them is all I do.

However, more importantly than that, I am a husband (Mary) and father of three married children (Sarah, Christine and Heather). Raising offspring and seeing them develop into healthy, contributing adults has been the most challenging and rewarding job I've ever held.

Most enjoyably, I'm a grandfather of nine. I'm pretty sure grandchildren are God's greatest gift for not killing your children when they were teenagers. I'm glad I took His advice.

Over the years, I've kept busy with volunteer work in my church and community. I have had the good fortunate to not only serve others, but to marvel and learn from the wonderful gifts of my neighbors and friends (both givers and recipients).

Enough about me.
